From Istanbul Ataturk Airport by metro: Take the M-1 Metro line from Ataturk Airport. Transfer to the T-1 Line at Zeytinburnu Station. Get off the T-1 train at the Sultanahmet stop.
From Istanbul Ataturk Airport by taxi: Taxis are available from Atatürk Airport to the historic Sultanahmet district. The journey time may change according to the time of day and traffic conditions(road works,diversions etc), but allow between 30 and 45 minutes
From Sabiha Gökçen Airport by bus: To get to the Sultanahmet which is the principal tourist area in the city, you can take the “AirportHavas shuttle bus service and get off at “Kadiköy”. Then, you can take ferries from Kadiköy and get off at Eminönü. Trams run on the route between Eminönü, Sirkeci, Sultanahmet
From Sabiha Gökçen Airport by taxi: Taxis are available from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the historic Sultanahmet district. The journey time may change according to the time of day and traffic conditions(road works,diversions etc), but allow between 60 and 90 minutes
